A scheme for 6 flats located on the North Kent Coast. To allow the scheme to sit comfortably alongside neighbouring properties, strong diagonal planes were used to break up the mass and allow the top floor to be viewed in part, as being within the roof space. This allowed us to obtain planning consent for an optimum number of flats on what was a very constrained site.
